Marc has built his business advisory firm with the belief that knowledge is power.
Marc's passion is empowering business owners to be successful in their own business. Marc revels in his clients success!
When he’s not advising his clients, he’s shooting pool with his buddies, or passing out on the couch “watching” a ball game.
Claudia Saffer
Project Management Advisor
As a seasoned mother, Claudia keeps Marc in line all while handling all things client related.
She is an Online Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and has been with Marc since 2013.
Claudia works with the NLBA client base to help them stay on track with their stated goals and objectives.
She makes sure that the firm runs smoothly and efficiently.
When Claudia's not managing Marc or working with the NLBA family, she's perfecting her lawn and garden.
Sharon Frederick

Sharon joined our firm to help clients maintain their financials.
Since much of NLBA's business advisory work is based on improving business bottom line, good financials are critical to measuring and meeting client goals.
Sharon is all about the mind! She has her undergraduate degree in Finance and Management Information Systems.
In her spare time, Sharon loves solving jig saw puzzles and fictional reading.
Gus Irizarry
Marketing Strategy Advisor
As you can see, Gus loves planes! But he loves marketing strategy almost as much. As our Marketing Strategy Advisor, Gus helps keep our focus on short term and long term marketing goals and the strategies to achieve them.
Besides flying light sport aircraft, hanging out at the airport, and going to airshows, Gus loves spending time with family, talking basketball with his step son, and watching NFL football when it is in season.
