Been working with Marc Adams for a few years now. I was a mess. Six years behind on personal taxes in NJ NY NYC Fed. On the verge of big problems. A lot of problems with the business tax filings as well, and payroll filings which have enormous penalties. Marc fixed everything and dealt with all of the tax agencies. I am for the first time in my life filing early or on time for business and personal.
I am still very friendly with a retired CPA who took care of my personal taxes and my family business for 30 years so we have gotten the "CPA opinion" on certain complicated issues between personal and business. Marc has always been right. If anything Marc was slightly more conservative. That ironically saved my butt with some unexpected deep dives into my personal finances recently.
He is also a really nice guy that you want to be friends with. Easy going patient. Trusting someone with your financial life is a big choice. Marc is completely trustworthy, efficient, smart and great at what he does. By the way I do a terrible job on supplying the proper information but he manages to work with me, around me in spite of me to get it all done timely and properly.

I attended Marc’s 5 Keys to Business Success Workshop in 2020 and really benefited from it. We delved into quite a few topics, but I really appreciate the discussion on mindset. I learned that I am not the only business owner with self-limiting beliefs, and they affect my business success.
I was surprised at how quickly we were able to identify some key goals for my business, and at the end of the session, I left with a clearer vision for my business and a 90 day action plan to get me started meeting my one-year business target.
